eCommerce - Shopify provides flexible order handling options for Shopify-integrated orders.
This feature lets you:

Automatically manage different order fulfillment scenarios such as using POS for local delivery and pickup orders.

Control how customer records, and order status updates are processed in LS Central
With this feature:
Use POS for Local Delivery
- Go to the Shopify Administration page and enable the Use POS for Local Delivery option to allow POS to handle local delivery orders.
- Next, finalize an order using a delivery address near the store you want to ship from, and select Local Delivery as the shipping method.
- Pull the order to LS Central by going to the Shopify Administration page and navigate to Pull - Orders.
- Go to the POS of the store selected by Smart Order Routing (based on proximity to the delivery address), and open Customer Orders to locate the order.

Select To Pick, locate the desired order line, and click Pick to begin the picking process.

To finalize the process, select Pick All Lines and then click Confirm. This updates the order status in Shopify to Fulfilled with the assigned location, and the Customer Order in LS Central is moved to Posted Customer Orders.
Ship Pickup Orders
- Go to the Shopify Administration page and enable the Ship Pickup Orders option to allow LS Central to handle Shopify pickup orders as regular shipped Sales Orders.
- Go to the Shopify storefront and place a pickup-in-store order. Select store S0001 as the pickup location during checkout.

Open Shopify Administration page and navigate to Pull - Orders. A Sales Order is generated for the Click & Collect order and can be viewed on both the Retail Sales Order page and the Customer Order page.
- Navigate to the Posted Customer Order page and open the relevant order. In the Lines section, confirm that the store location is correctly displayed as S0001, reflecting the selected pickup store.
